He obviously represents an Ustasa, you can't see the other side of his barrett. Maybe he got an emblem, who knows.
HOS members were all Ustasas.

It is not coincidence that this guy came from Finland.It is likely that he,or someone from his family,could fill what means to be under brutal Soviet boot,to be without rights.His country is today democratic European country where all have equal rights.I can see that he has cross and rosaries,but not some nazi regallia like the Milos Serbian guy is trying to present in his comment.His uniform is black,but that doesn't mean anything.At least he is not beareded and don't have some nazi marks,like all chetniks had.Just look the pictures of drunk,smelly chetniks around Vukovar,Knin,Bijeljina,Zvornik,Srebrenica.
