Attempting to capture the magnatude and scope of this man-made creation is an awesome task,excellent presentation and mastery of photographic skills.Vigeland is not only a complete collection of a master sculture and his lifes work, but it is a living museum of the range of man's emotions and a testament to brotherhood and the nobility of love.Every 5yrs I try to visit friends in Lillesand and make sure to have a whole day to spend with my family of man at Vigeland Park.Thank you

I visited the park back in 2001. It was the highlight of our trip to Scandinavia. I wished we had an entire day to spend there, but we were with a tour.

256th August 2006. I visited Viegeland Park three weeks ago. I think nowhere one can find something similar. Really marvelous-

Thanks for the comments! You have a good memory :) There are so many sculptures there that I mostly went for what I liked and the ones I thought would come out in a picture. There are more for sure and getting good pictures of them all would be great! /Zevs

I was there in 1960 and remember some statues not included. Thanks for posting! A comprehensive collection would be nice.
