Symphony In Steel Part I: Walt Disney Concert Hall, Los Angeles

The architectural masterpiece of Frank Gehry. I went to the grand opening only to find out that it was exclusive for invitees & members. All the perimeters of the building was viciously guarded and I could only photograph it from a distance. It was a real test of framing and composition because I had to make the best out of the situation. All photos are full-frame & uncropped, and taken with either a 50mm f1.4 or 100mm f2.8 lens.

I love the tonal qualities and use of shadows ans shapes here. Perfect for B & W. Great use of grey scale post-processing. But more important, you have seen and framed each image so well.

Talk about abstraction! These are sublime, Ray. A tribute, of course, to Mr. Gehry's vision and your own skill at abstracting it down to an essence.
