Ahh, a true son of Michigan.. finding snow in California. Very beautiful as the snow-laden trees lift their heads to the blue, blue sky. We just started getting snow tonight after 1 month.. amazing. ;)

What is incredible about this shot is that you are using the same POV you do with city building shots and have taken a completely different setting and given it a very signature touch. Nicely done.
