I love the balance, colours and sky.

Wow, both are excellent.

The treatment in the bottom picture is wonderful!!

Great colours!

Love those clouds, it's as if the sky was almost perfect, and someone thought, I'll throw in a couple of puffy white clouds, just to finish things off. Looks like a beautiful spot.

Love the sepia image. The church really stands out in it, whereas I am distracted by the beautiful blues and greens of the coloured version. Both great, one just a fraction greater! ;)

Very nice.

that church looks soooo tiny against the backdrop of that huge sky

I like them both, but I like the B&W the best.

I like both. Very nice shot.

B&W rules! The punchy summer colors grab one's attention immediately. But for me true enjoyment of this scene is the monochrome rendition. The grass texture, treeline horizon, the tucked away dimunitive mission and the rolling cotton among the so subtle range of sky tones are better savoured in my opinion with the greyscale.Recalls the Ansel Adams approach of outdoor grandeur.Vote!

I like the sepia toned one.. color is great on the top one.. very bright.. but.. something about the sepia one.. (that and I'm like twitching to add a polarizer to it.. heheh)

Nice to see the two shots together, it gives the impression that the Mission has been standing in these unchanged surroundings for many years

Lovely colours. I prefer the colour version even though in the monochrome the sky is so beautiful! Good work.

Both versions are great!

Like the color better. Nice shot.

now that BW version just ROCKS!

Striking colors. Good eye to see how well the mission stands out from the background. Good composition to include so much of the open landscape.

Tough call.. both are beautiful in their own right.. The top is post-card perfect, with great composition and vivid colors. The second monochrome has feeling and story to it..
