it is called a harliqun Golf. I dont know if i spelled that right. It was a odd car that was build to celebrate some anniversary thing in mexico. There were very few built and even fewer left in the USA. They were only 4 door cars, they were built only as stripped down models. They came with matching wheels but the owner of the one decided to put on some ricer wheels.
