There is a delightful riverside walk that stretches from Speke in South Liverpool to the city centre.

Today we went for a Christmas get-together at a friend's apartment, Simon. We had a fab time eating, chatting and drinking. Here's the scene just as the sun eased its way after a long day. Two more days, and then it's longest day (winter solitice) and then the day's begin to get shorter again. Hurrah!!
