30th December

Well the snow as reported in yesterdays PaD
got washed away in the early hours of this morning(about the time Laine gets up) by the rain.
So all the snow i hoped would be just laying there
waiting for me to come and take pics of it this morning when i got up had gone :-(
I knew it was too good to be true!! BAH!

anyway, we can still SEE some snow on the mountains across the water
so i took a drive down to the Rhubodach ferry(the wee ferry) to get a few pics...

Oh Zak... I was sure I'd get a dose of snow here!

A beautiful scene well composed, you chose the perfect spot to take the shot - I love that
solitary tree!

One red x & no snow...hmmm I wonder what it all means. Oh I know, it means I can see pretty landscape without getting frostbite ;)

Very nice colours even without the snow. Nice composition too.

Very pretty, Zak. The early bird gets the worm, errr...snow.

This is a beautiful shot without the snow!

Atmospehric and a bit eerie, theres always something about a solitary tree in a picture

Aye Zak all good things come to an end, nice pics though. The thaw has started here too, looks pretty grim now.

This has beautiful autumn colours. Very very good though you would prefer a snowy foreground. btw: thumbs down below are not shown at the moment.
