The power was off again this morning
but the clean up from yesterday has started...

Wow Zak....worst we have ever seen.... we could not take our eyes off the Bay at Port Bannatyne, it was wild, who would have thought it the day we met you at the old baths that within 24 hours all this would have happened!!!

So glad everyone is safe I heard about your storm on our news last night (evening of 4th) Bute wasn't mentioned.Now I know why there were no photos when I looked. A very sad sight you have recorded here

The small consolation is that some - not all - of the trees that fell were pretty rotten. And it happened so early no-one was squashed. But some big beautiful trees were lost.
