Welcome to the Magical World of Disney! Photographs in this always-growing gallery will include sights and scenes from Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom parks; Downtown Disney and Marketplace; and various Disney hotels and Vacation Homes. As a DVC (Disney Vacation Club) member and Annual Passholder living just 3 driving hours away, I visit the parks frequently, so this gallery will always grow. Hey Justin, just became a Annual Passholder and found out some interesting news. Someone mentioned Disneyland has a lens length restriction. Not focal length but actual length. Hear anything about this? I"m contacting a few friends at Disney as well. As glad to see someone covering Disney as I plan to, annual pass and visiting frequently to get such a broad range of photos.

Nice shots, I have a Sony H1 and am goiing to Orlando from the cold Upper Peninsula of Michigan in two days!!! I would like to know if there are certain places at Disney World that you know of that restricts photography?

Bill, hope you got my e-mail regarding the tripods. I've not run into any restrictions at all. I've seen some people in there with large professional video tripods, twice the size of mine - so they seem quite accepting. Note too that the lockers for rent at all the parks will accomodate virtually any full sized tripod - so if you want to bring one for nighttime shooting and don't want to carry it all day, you can get a locker.

But for the basic information (in case anyone else wondered the answer): I do not use any addendum or add-on lenses for my night shots, nor filters - just the camera. A tripod is a must, and the right settings, otherwise it's a pretty solid night-shot camera.

I too have a Sony H5. However, while I seem to get much better pictures in the daytime, my night shots, especially indoors are hard to make them look good.
Your pics are beautiful. I live in Ohio so I get to WDW maybe once every 5-7 years (not nearly often enough). Are you using the stock lens or are you using a different one?
Do you have any tips for indoor photography with the H5? I struggle with it.
