Street puddle
Woodgate, a semi-tropical seaside area of Queensland, Australia, has quite a lot of water,
there are wetlands behind the rows of beach houses and when it rains it buckets down.
Where I come from seeing water like this is a rarity.

We were on a boat on the River Thomson a few ks out of Longreach and I noticed the patterns formed from shadows and reflections.

Close up of a wheel on a camel cart. The cart was gigantic and impossible to fit whole into a photo frame, but I could move in and take shots of the detail.

Running repairs
Shows the innovative way of repairing the shaft of the camel cart. This cart was on display in the Stockmans Hall of Fame where Dick and I spent most of a day, there was so much to see and read.
