Western Superstition Wilderness Backpack

December 12 - 13th 2009. First day we stomped 13+ miles from Tortilla trailhead to Charlebois camp. The second day consisted of a 10 mile trudge to Boulder Creek trailhead at Canyon Lake. Some light rain late afternoon on the second day kept things interesting. My first backpack trip in 15 years and my hips kept reminding me. Trails used: JF, Hoolie Bacon, Red Tanks, Dutchman's, Calvary, Boulder Canyon

My pack looks like a disorganized mess! I will have to try and look more professional next time! Really nice pictures of the hike. Do you know how I can transport them over to my facebook?

Looks like you had a great couple of days with some great walking. The landscape looks total alien to what I am used to in the UK. Thanks for sharing.
