The city view of Szeged Has been developing for centuries and
re-modeled by historic and natural elements, among which the
1897 flood had a major role to play.The university center of the
city lies in the neighbouring Arad Martyr's Square. The central
University builing is the former Piarist Grammer School and Friary.
The numerous museums and exhibits here increase the cultural value
of the city of Szged.
