Missed Opportunities,
Thanks for your nice words! Most of the Kingfisher are skittish, you must know their favorite perk and timing.
Get your hide in a best angle before there flew in. I use pop-up hide with natural branches to put around the hide.

Nice series on a 'very-bold-looking' kingfisher; in North America, kingfishers are very difficult to photograph because getting near them is so difficult
