The old town is not really worth the effort and can be missed if you’re running short of time.
The Baisha Fresco got just three works but still recommendable if you like those kind of thing. You can’t take photo even outside the temple housing the fresco. The tour can be over in ten minutes though you can stroll around the bazaar in the vicinity. The Dr Ho Shi-xiu has the nickname of Snow Mountains Magic Doctor.
