Boston, Massachusetts

Boston is a very moody city. We've made two visits - snowing and raining. Boston is one of the oldest cities in the US and one of the most historic. In 1630, Puritan colonists from England founded the city on the Shawmut Peninsula. During the late 18th century, Boston was the location of several major events during the American Revolution, including the Boston Massacre and the Boston Tea Party. Today Boston has over 600,000 people and over 7 million people live in the Combined Statistical Area of Greater Boston.

Boston conjures images of intelligence. Harvard, MIT lead the way in enhancing that image. Both universities lie in Cambridge across Charles River. Harvard Business School however is in the Boston side.

Next year we should pick a better time and see more of Boston.
