Hey Karthik, you are fantastic, creative and awesome. You have lots of patience and good ideas which can be made out from your website. The good thing is you mention a brief history about the places you have visited.
I guess you haven't visited places near Kulu Manali. Right time to visit that place is end of May. There are so many beautiful places and lots and lots of scenaries around that place.

Hey!!!

I have been following your wonderful India pics for quite some time. You seem to be one of the few (there are a few more whose pics I like here at Pbase) photographers who seem to do justice to India and present a balanced view. Most photographers seem to be get too carried away by preconceived notions about India and let those notions take the better of them when they visit India. They end up providing a pretty distorted view of India. Cannot blame them. I guess India hits them like a big bang.

It would be great if you presented us with some wonderful New Delhi and Gurgaon skyline shots (like the ones you took of B'lore) and other modern developments coming up all over the metropolis.

For most people (and photographers) Delhi seems to start and end in Paharganj, Kolkata is all about Sudder Street gutters and Mumbai is dhobighat.

You really have a photographers eye. I see potential in many of your images. The biggest thing for me is that you use a relatvely simple camera and are still able to get such results.

I recently chanced on this site and I think the pictures speak volumes of ur passion and creativity. I'd really appreciate if u can share the how-tos on the interesting ones. I particularly liked the ones inspired from HP commercial and the one with ur lady love on a photo frame.

Just browsed your gallery. It's a really interesting PaD project - very well executed so far. I'll keep coming back, espeically for the okra shots. In fact my own PaD will take me to India in June - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Mumbai so check it out then.
