Parwanoo


Parwanoo is a small town on the way to Shimla from New Delhi. The town is home to many
resorts, some providing excellent lodging facilities in the calm of the mountains.
Timber trail is a resort that has a cable car running across the mountains. It is
quite an experience. There are also cable car rides from Parwanoo to Kasauli, another
quiet hill station in Himachal. Mezza 9 is the restaurant, suggesting an in between
floor between the plains of Chandigarh below and the peaks of Shimla above. Wonderful
views of the valley can be seen from here.
