Happy new (Jewish) year.
Sivan is still home, but Monday, after holidays, they are back to hospitalization for next course of chemotherapy and other treatments. As I explain to many asking me, our day to day battle is not for the cancer, but for the all around things. Leukemia is being treated by doctors via chemotherapy. It is possible that Sivan is healthy and all is ok with her, but noone can really know, so statistically she needs to be further treated to make sure its all gone.
So our fight is against the side effects, possible illnesses caused by low blood counts, complications etc. We must make sure Sivan is not catching anything else that can danger her.
