A Palestinian terrorist blow up a bomb in Tel-Aviv suburb supermarket killing one person and seriously wounding 9 other people including a 4 year old kid. Yehezkel Yakutiel(age 42) father of 3 children, was killed in the attack. For Ha'aretz article on the bombing click here .

A ZKA volunteer (an acronym for Zihui Korbanot Ason - Hebrew for Identification of Disaster Victims) collects human remains after a suicide bombing in a shopping mall in Rosh Ha'ayin east of Tel Aviv Tuesday August 12, 2003. Two Israelis were killed and at least 13 people were wounded in two separate suicide attacks Tuesday morning.

Wow man this pictures kind of touch home... i grew up in Rosh Haayin.. i saw that supermarket get built... i left before any of this started to happen... sorry for the harsh reality check but if people are offended by the pictures.. they can not look at them and go back to living a lie.. but this type of stuff happens way 2 much in america.. and i gess ignorance is bliss....keep posting pictures people need to know whats going on..

These are pictures that should be seen and thank you for displaying them. And I know from your other images that you represent the suffering of both sides. So bravo to you. Let us all see the reality of this conflict in all its horrors. Maybe then we will be brave enough to address & resolve it.

I would be careful in using the term Nazi, as it connotates genocide. The Israeli actions are not of such, but rather pre-emptive in deterring and countering actions. Now if you are justifying bombing of Israeli civilians as such by Palestinian bombers, then you would have no problems of Israel "bulldozing" Palestinian houses, correct?

Generally speaking - regardless of political opinions - blowing up civilians (women and children), even as a means of "retaliation" should be condemned unless you are a "Nazi"... The reason Israel has to go into so called "civilian" territories is due to the fact the border between civiliands/militants is unclear, and in many cases, such militants hide within civilian populations.

Israel has a clear distinction.

So these are the facts. I suggest reading more before using terms such as Nazi.

I can only bring photos of what I have seen with my own eyes.
It is not an issue of PC or balance but that of what is the reality in front of my eyes.

Can you show us some photos of the massacres in Gaza and Jenin? yes let the world see those nazis coming from all corners of the world, occupying the houses of the palestinians and bulldozing their olive trees and killing their little babies as the world looks on, and when the defenceless blow up in their faces they cry petty.

THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH THESE PHOTOS. I THINK MEDIA SHOULD SHOW THE TRUTH. MAYBE IF PEOPLE SAW THE RAW MAYBE PEOPLE WOULD START AND ACT. THERES TO MUCH CENSORSHIP. ESPECIALY WHEN IT CONCERNS OUR GOVERNMENTS. WHY ARENT THE IMAGES OF OUR DYING SOLDIERS BEING SHOWN? MAYBE CAUSE ITS TO MUCH AND THE GOVERNMENT IS AFFRAID OF THE PEOPLE ACTING ON IT? GOOD AND SAD PHOTOS.

I have two comments. First, regardless of which "side" you are on, I do believe some of these images here are too graphic for an "innocuous" site such as Pbase. I liked some of your other galleries, but was quite taken aback when I got to this gallery. Secondly, since Pbase appears to be a US-based site, I do find it unfortunate that once again, a primarily US-based audience is only seeing the Israeli side of the issue.

As far as the previous comment is concerned...

I do not accept "instructions" of what to do and what to say in my life. I am just sick of these endless wars, and especially that one between Israelis and Palestinians, that they have not massively tried to reconcile in both a cultural and political level till now. And of course, you do not know who I am and where I am from (at least we can keep our anonimity some times) and you do not know how my country has avoided wars for many years now, and even how dangerous is a war in my place. We live with this fear, but at least we have political leaders that are tolerant and show a high level of diplomacy.
If you feel that I accept things as they are you are highly mistaken. And I insist on saying that these pictures especially are shameful (the other work of the photographer is really interesting though). I am not unaware of what is happening around me, and I always protest against wars. But my opinion is "what we can protect, we should protect it". Is it really bad to state that we should protect the children that surf the internet from pictures like these? What level of protection should the internet provide? I still beleive that a big portion of the online information should be given access only to adults. But these pictures are free to everyone. Now, what I strongly beleive is that seeing these pictures everyday and everywhere make people indifferent, if they do not live in the place of war... If you beleive that "censorship" in the internet should not be taken into consideration, then we will end up in a world where people will get used to the pain of the others, will not react, will not protest and will not protect anything.
I feel really ashamed of this war, as a human. If you live in that place I simply admire you and I may not understand what you mean. But please, protect everything that you can, you as an individual, and first protect peace. I hope that all the people there are sick of this war, but at least do not vote for leaders that will not make the slightest efforts to reconcile...

To the person who said "shame on you...", who do you think you are? How easy is it to sit in a living room in a safe country free of these acts and hear on your TV that "another suicide bombing happened today" only to think nothing of it. Only by seeing what a "suicide bombing" actually looks like will some realize that this is a deadly serious war. Look at the images of the American contractors being burned and dragged. I am sick of death, I am sick of war, and I am sick of people like you trying to pretend it is a lovely and safe world. It is not, and we need to make changes now to make it so. please show more. show more so the world can see...and call for action.

Although I can see from your photo collection that your work is significantly interesting, I still believe that the above one should be removed. I think that shocking pictures like these will make people indifferent towards the pain of death and war, if are repeated continuously.

While nobody can ever excuse terror attacks - whether by individuals or by states - I do fail to understand why the State does not take the simple and straight forward way to stop these terror attacks. Out of the position of absolute strength and might it could withdraw (incl. settlements) from the occupied territories and give the Palestinians at least the breadcrumbs left to them. Do we truly "need" all of the land? I think the costs are far too high. One day, the inevitable will happen anyway. The Zionist ideology, which has kidnapped Judaism, will be dead and we will return to live side by side with our neighbours - the indigenious people of Palestine. Jews, Muslims and Christians together, like it was 100 years ago. If only we humans would understand, that we are not on this earth to kill each other. Then, and only then, can we call ourselves civilized human beings.

And if we need a wall - why does this monster have to take another 50 % of Palestinian land? Why not on the by ALL recognized borders? WE are creating the suicide bombers of tomorrow and know it. So why not protest and stop it as long as it is possible?

Until then we shall "shoot and cry".

Israelis are pro-fence and so is the world when they
see the reality of having to stop these palestinian suicide bombings..
The fence has proven itself - terror has been reduced by 30 percent,
perhaps you or your family's life has been saved. stop rubbing out
every comment here that tells the truth, your gallery proves how much
this fence is needed to protect Israel.
