The is the Bevers House Bed and Breakfast owned by Abe and Ruby Turner.
The Bevers House was built in 1904 by Spence Bevers.
An open house was held for the city of Haskell on Sunday night December the 19th. The open house was to celebrate the Christmas holidays and the centennial of the Bevers House.
A fire began in an upstairs closet long after the open house was over for the evening.
No one was injured in the conflagration.
