1953 Buick Skylark.......Buick celebrates its 50th Anniversary with this specialty convertible costing over $ 5,000 in 1953 dollars!!!! It was based on the type of the line Roadmaster series. Notice Buick's trademark ventiports are missing. Oldsmobile halso had a specialty convertible that year called "Fiesta" based on the Olds' Ninety-Eight series, while Cadillac offered the "Eldorado".
