Taken on Sunday May 27, 2007 at Griffith Observatory, Los Angeles. This is my third visit to the newly resored facility. Originally opened in 1935. Perhaps the most recognizeable Los Angeles land mark used in numerous films. Architecture, selected displays and views of interest. The newly rennovated and much improved Palnetarium is a MUST SEE. Unfortunately photos are prohibited during the show. Was able to get a shot of the new Zeiss Projector however.
Nice gallery, Ken. Even before I got to the James Dean bust, I was trying to remember how many films have used Griffith as a location. Quite a few, I think.
