Adachi Art Museum 足立美術館

Brainchild of businessman and aesthete Adachi Zenko, the Adachi Art Museum is set in the rural outskirts of Yasugi in Shimane-ken. Housing a fine collection of 20th-century Japanese artwork, it is most famous for its award-winning gardens, specifically designed to take advantage of the mountainous scenery surrounding the museum.
