I was told this shy wolf belonged to a man with a health problem and could no longer care for it. Safari's, an exotic animal sanctuary, took it in but the wolf would not let anyone approach it. The owner was brought in and the man sat with it in the cage until the wolf let the Safari staff tend to an injury. I thought this shot told the story of the shyness.
