Nicely captured. Looks like he (?) has already changed into his fall colors. You got a bit unlucky with the shadows. Isn't it frustrating to finally get a clean shot and get destroyed by the lighting. I have a great spot that I found in Prospect Park that has about a dozen species there at the same time -- but the lighting is dreadfully dark. However, once the leaves are off some of the trees (the pines there are evergreen) I suspect it will be much better provided some of them are still around.
