Expecting a better day today weatherwise, with highs expected to be in the 70's and sunny. I have just begun going through my Washington DC trip photos while trying to recover from the 8th graders I traveled with. I fear I'm getting a little old for that. I loved the bird house at the National Zoo, and wished that I could have kept up with the names of the different birds I shot there. When I visited the flamingos, a few fellows were vying for the attention of some of the females, but this one was oblivious to the noise and comotion. I had to wait for some time before it would open an eye.
