These White Pelicans are part of a flock of approximately 300 birds. They were feeding below Lock and Dam Number 5 outside of Jefferson, Arkansas in late March and April 2004. These were taken with the Canon 10D with a Canon 600mm f4L lens. Some were taken using a 1.4x teleconverter.
