Hadrians Wall

(added noise)

between Once Brewed and Houseteads.

Anyone who saw Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves (Kevin Coster) remember this? I'm certain it's the wall near the start of the film when he returns to England.

Brilliant! The composition and B&W make for an outstanding image. ~V~

You could be right about the Robin Hood film - I seem to remember him landing by the Whte cliffs of Dover and running up the hill to this wall, then he was soon in Sherwood Forest!

Neil, I know... I looked on IMDB for locations and Sherwood forest wasn't listed lol - The wall was there though along with Alnwick castle... I think they upped Nottingham to the north!
