Most of these photos were taken on New Island in the Falklands in March 2008. The rookery was primarily occupied by Black Browed Albatross but there were numerous Rockhoppers, Shags and opportunistic Carcara. The Penguin photo titles reveal an unavoidable urge to attribute human characteristics to these little birds. Hanging around them(quietly) for a couple of hours puts you in a good mood for the whole day.
