Royal Albatros

New Zealand

The largest flying bird - Probably the only place that can see them is in the Royal Albatros colony in Dunedin. With wing span of up to 3.6 meters it is really BIG! We were there on a very windy (I think wind speed must be 50-60km/h) and cloudy day and, although not a perfect condition for photography, it was a perfect day for watching this magnificant bird in flight.
