Portia 02/04

Maitland, NSW

The latest news about Portia isn't good. It appears possible she may be suffering from unconfirmed T-Cell Lymphoma brought on by years of inflammatory intestinal disease. Apparently this is common in cats and is suspected in dogs.

To diagnose her correctly another biopsy needs to be taken. This is not going to occur as you can see she has no reserves. She would not survive the surgery. So its day by day now.

Dear Portia, You're a lucky girl to have such wonderful human companions. Hang in there! With all love, from North America (The Bowman Crew)

Very sad for you to see her so sick. Sounds like you have given her a wonderfully loving home in the time you have had her.

Bless her heart. It's hard to see one of your babies sick. Been there. Just give her all the love, which I know you are, that she can stand. I can tell you love these babies.
