I guess being hummingbird migration season on the Texas coast, I shoot a lot of hummer pixs. But they are a delightful subject.

Yesterday's adult male was replaced by a juvenile male.

Taken in the late afternoon about 5:15 PM. The brokaw is the house next door, gray is the roof, white eaves, and reddish brick. I had to run out and wait without moving for about 10 minutes to take several shots then run in and get supper ready.

Adding the extra feeder help these guys pose on a less leafy tree!
