Badain Jaran Desert is the forth largest desert in the world. But that doesn't say it. To me it's one of the most beautiful deserts in the world with numerous mega-dunes and salty lakes. To me it's the definition of "desert". We hike and ride camels during day time. During night time, we sleep on the sand bare in the air with galaxy (yes I do mean galaxy not just stars) right above us, low and clear. Magnificent sunrise and sunset everyday. Life was tough during the six days because of the deadly dry hot, food and water, etc. but man, what a place.

巴丹吉林沙漠是世界第四大沙漠。 但对我来说它是世界上最美最像“沙漠”的沙漠之一。 巨大的沙丘和无数大大小小的盐湖遍布。我觉得这才是真正的“沙漠”。 白天我们骑骆驼和徒步， 晚上我们就露天睡在沙子上， 银河就在头顶（是的， 我是说银河， 不是说星星）， 又亮又低。每天都有壮观的日出日落。尽管在沙漠的六天比较艰苦， 缺水， 暴晒， 连牙缝耳朵里都塞满的沙子， 被骆驼背磨破的屁股， 等等。 但是， 那还是一个永远也难忘的地方。
