Dead Camera

My Sony camera has died due to some sand jamming the gears from my trip to lake powell.
This time it couldn't be fixed. This one was done for. So I bought a new camera.
However I wasn't going to just throw it in the trash. I thought I would finish the job.

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon 50mm f/1.8
1/5000s f/7.1 at 50.0mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

go Wes! i've always wanted to have the patience to capture a moment like this.
There's something righteous about your story. love it.

Ah yes Wes,

what a lovely way to take out your frustrations! Since the camera was dead anyway, you might as well get some enjoyment out of smashing it to smithereens! I hope you envisioned every cranky customer that ever caused you grief while you were hammering away. (GRIN) I think anyone who works in retail can appreciate that comment.

Very cool and entertaining. Hope you remembered to remove the memory stick. At least it's worth something. Send it to me if you don't want it. I just bought a Sony Camcorder that could use a stick or two.

Is that covered by the accidental plan? What on earth happened?
