Went for a drive thru Eureka, to Little Sahara, back to Nephi, past Mona, just to find me some birds today.

Maybe from where you are from they are different..... from Wikipedia "The American Kestrel (Falco sparverius), sometimes colloquially known as the Sparrow Hawk, is a small falcon, and the only kestrel found in the Americas"

over in ireland,we have sparrowhawks and kestrals,the pictures you have are kestrals,our sparrowhawks never hover kestrals do and the hawks are grey with a scowl face the kestral is more colerful with speck,the sparrowhawk has stripes and are are not as common only 1000 pairs,im lucky to have 1 nesting nearby,in a tiny woodland,iv seen it 3 times inthe past yr,very rare its the city centre of dublin!nice photos!!
