I like this shot because:a.)overcast days are great light and the reflexed light is just great on the water/calming,
b.)it's a picture of my front yard in winter time;add two thousand children in summer/busy.
nice work/good effort/I see your goal.
I disagree with the commentor below. I think the softness of this immage is very evocative. I like it very much.

If you meant this to be soft, it is. I would call it fuzzy (:-))!
I am puzzled. The white boat looks pretty sharp, and so does the boardwalk in the foreground. If you were focused on either of these, it would explain the fuzz.
I also would prefer the colors to be less harsh.
I do like a lot of your pictures, though.
Maybe I should keep comments like this to personal e-mails?
