Can Garden Creek be accessed via the Blue Ridge parkway? I flyfish but do not have the time to hike in from the church. I have been told that the big waterfall is about 23 crossimngs up. The furtherest I have been is to about the 18th before I had to turn around so that I could make it out before it was pitch dark.
