I was up at Harry's for part of the week end. The plan for Saturday was to meet Bernie at the Gorges State Park 281 parking lot and head over to Bearwallow Falls platform, then over and down creek through Paw Paw Falls then up Jake's Branch. Unfortunately, access to those trails is closed due to construction. You can still park here for the Horsepasture River. Plan B was thrown together on the fly. Harry suggested to Bernie that he take us to the waterfall on Big Bearwallow Creek that he found, then on his new trail to Boxcar Falls. Here we are at Big Bearwallow.
