6:08am - Today's plan was to meet Bernie over near Dill Falls so he could show me some new waterfalls he and KT, Cathy, and Harry had found at different times. Since the best way for me to get to that area is via the Blue Ridge Parkway, I decided to try my luck at another sunrise - except in a new place. One thing was for sure - the sun would rise over in that general direction.
