You can drive under Bridal Veil Falls near Highlands once again! I talked to a guy at the falls and he said a local company did the work for free. I looked online and found a letter to the editor thanking Bill Nellis, MidSouth Blasting, and Topline Grading. If anyone has any further info, please let me know. The waterfall was suffering lack 'o water on this day.
