The cave is actually where a big slab of rock is leaning over another rock. This is as far as we got today. Another 1/4 mile or so up Whitewater is Bedrock Betty Falls which you can find pictures of a few pages back. This is an amazing stretch of river. If you have a sense of adventure and can handle river walking, you really should go while water levels are down.
