I did pull into the Graveyard Fields parking lot, got out, then got back in again. Too dang windy. I continued up to the end of Black Balsam Rd where I was going to begin the loop hike, but didn't even get out this time. The shrubs were kind of blowing sideways. So now I moved on to Plan B which was just to cruise the Parkway south to see what was what, then head back to Black Balsam later in the day. I pulled into a few overlooks thinking I would at least shoot some video but also managed a few still shots between gusts. Here's one of them.
