I was really hoping Linville Falls was behind on the color change as are a lot of areas around here - nope. Guess the windy week end really did a number on them also. I got to the falls around 8am and figured I'd go to this view first - before the sun crept into the scene. There were still a few yellows left, but overall it was rather blah.
