I got the bright idea of us posing in front of the falls. When there's no ice, the area we are standing on is a pool in front of the falls. I sent Harry out first to test the ice while I set the timer. Click - no problem - until I almost made it back to solid ground. One leg broke through the ice, then the other broke through and I was in freezing water up to my unmentionables. Dangit! And I hadn't shot any video yet.
