Even though the skies were overcast, visibility was good. I wish I had thought about this section of trail during the fall color season a couple of months ago. If you take this trail, about 15 minutes in is a creek. Don't cross immediately like we did - the trail heads up the right side a short distance then crosses a log bridge.
