I love wandering around markets and the night market in Luang Prabang was a blast! They close off many blocks at night for several hours the sellers are active. One thing I really noticed is that the sellers are not at all pushy (especially as compared to the markets in Vietnam!), but in typical Lao fashion are fairly calm, polite and basically let the negotiating process take its course.
