Two SMA experts from Maryland and Virginia visited Queensland and elsewhere in Australia to share their experiences and give advice. This covers the two weeks in November 2004 that Larry Michael (Maryland DoT) and Richard Schreck (Virginia Asphalt Pavement Association) attended sites visits, groups meetings and the facilitated workshop.
