Nest building has begun again at the rookery tree near me. The male gathers sticks
for the nest and presents them to the female for her to add to the construction.
This is one of a pair of early arrivals. He's having quite an easy time of it
right now. Instead of searching for sticks away from the tree, he is reusing sticks
from other nests built in the tree last year. He finds a stick, flies out from the
tree and returns to where theirs is.
Pretty easy going, and with mating in between.
