Vikas, I was so honoured with your kind and gracious comments on my flowers. Yours, however, are simply in a different league altogether!
This one (for example) is pure perfection in terms of composition; interesting point-of-view; sharp detail, colour rendition, etc. etc.
Was this done wiht a 100mm macro lens? Can you recall, perhaps?
And I am sure more than half the success of this, and your other, flower shots lie in careful and precision lighting. My sense is that you must have lit this one with much attention to detail in order to get the detail and textures to show up so perfectly.
In short, thanks for the continued inspiration. Give me a few years and then I will also do "Vikas photography!" :-) :-) Regards ~jnconradie
